We were blessed once again to have an awesome host parish on Friday night. Jean and Bert, and the youth group, greeted us with a BBQ, games, and a movie. Their warm welcome and awesome support was very special, and is hopefully some that we can reciprocate in the future.
It is amazing how God works in our lives.
We have a great group of youth on mission with us again this year. The continue to be open to the will of God. They are respectful, enjoyable, and open. You should be proud of them.
We are all very thankful for the support of the Holy Cross parish community and all of our families. You have done a great job with your kids.
We look forward to sharing our stories with you once we return.

ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you are having a great time! The gospel at church today (about Mary and Martha with Jesus, Luke 10:38-42) made me think of you and your service. We are all called to be like "Mary" and "Martha". On this mission trip you are all like "Martha's" with your service. But first we are called to be "Mary's" and put ourselves at the feet of Jesus. Take time to do this! Hope you had an awesome Sunday.

Hey Hannah, I finally found the blog. Took me absolutely FOREVER to find it, I've been searching all over the site and now I finally found it, on my way to dairy queen of all places. Lol my car is clean, imagine that, and my room too. Haha! I don't know what's come over me, I have too much time on my hands... I've been keepin busy, we finally have all my College stuff sorted out. Now I have nothing to do... Lol oh well. I'll just hang out down by the river. Haha! I miss you like craz. I love ya a ton! I Can't wait to see you!
